"Mrs Vaso was incredibly hospitable and responsive to our needs. Due to Greek Easter celebrations, she kept the breakfast open for us and even made us extra eggs and bacon. :-) The room was clean and efficient. All the buttons worked from the tv, air conditioning, bathrooms, showers, etc. as expected. The WiFi worked as expected with no drama. I had some difficulty finding outlets for electricity near the desk area and I was fortunate to have brought with me some extra long extension cords that made everything ok, but otherwise this is a no-brainer choice of a place to stay. "

The pool facilities, jacuzzi, and Mediterranean garden allowed us to spend quality time with friends and create unforgettable memories at sunset. The house is spacious and very clean, and everyone found their own space, a place to read or relax. All the information Anne, the owner, gave us was very helpful and accurate. "This was a last minute. Stop when driving from Mount Olympus to Athens. There was nothing wrong with it, but you do get which to pay for. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower is tiny, and I am a small person. So I don’t know how a big person would fit in there. Breakfast was pretty good. It’s located right across from the beach though. So that was great. Don’t follow the Google Maps directions with the coordinates.You end up in some lady’s driveway which must happen a lot, because she knew exactly where I wanted to go, but we really couldn’t communicate for me to get the right directions. I would use a different map service and put in the exact address."

"I think “Luxury in Theologos” is over stating the case. The view from the villa is awesome - second to none. We enjoyed cooking outdoors and using the grill. Our focus was not really on the villa. We had some great family time together - that was our focus. The villa, however, is starting to look very tired. Broken showers, little to no hot water, badly maintained swimming pool (unusable last 3 days), worn out and shabby fixtures and fittings. The plumbing is sub par and smells. Wild dogs wonder freely around the property day and night. The area is quiet as advertised but the local beaches and restaurants are below par and make it hard to justify the price charged for the villa. It’s not 5 stars more like two or three stars."
