Misvisende annonser. Resulterer i masse kaos med betaling.

Jeg har sendt dere flere mail om å få en bekreftelse på at beløpet jeg betalte ikke er blitt refundert. Deres medarbeider ringte meg samme stunden jeg bestilte og sa at det var noe feil med bookingen og at jeg måtte sende dere en melding om å få hele beløpet refundert. Jeg har ennå ikke fått det tilbakebetalt. Kan dere være så greie å svare meg?
