Such a beautiful home with all the amenities and back drop for a fun weekend with friends. Such a peaceful place and plenty of room for our 4 couples. We loved the house - great space, inside and out. We had access to the dock, paddle boards and water floats. So fun! Sunset Marina was a 5 minute drive to get our pontoon for a great day on the lake. Communication was great with Ashley - she was very responsive and made check in and check out easy.

This home was absolutely perfect. It’s extremely private, beautiful decorated and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway near Clemson!

Hello all. We stayed at this property in 2026. The house was gorgeous. Very well equipped and plenty of space. However upon arriving we noticed the extra steep incline to the dock. Much steeper than pictures looked. I texted the owner and told them I don’t even think we can walk down to the dock it is so steep. My husband and I are 72 and we had 3 grands with us 4 and under and two teenagers and their parents. She said they usually use a golf cart and gave me the name of a golf cart rental company. Well at that point we really didn’t have a choice. We rented a golf cart at an additional 250.00 for 4 days rental. The rental company was great and the golf cart solved the problem and was wonderful to have but be aware. The active teenagers walked it a couple times and said it was brutal. Maybe a golf cart needs to be included We enjoyed the floating hammock, floating dock, paddle boards and did enjoy our stay. It is a quiet cove not many boats come by. The neighborhood is still under construction Also suggest instructions for the tv be including somewhere. Another family vacation in the books. Enjoy your summer !!
