  • The house is located on the edge of the Six-Fours forest in Cap Sicié. It is approximately 110 m² on one level, situated on a flat, wooded plot of 2000 m². It has all modern comforts. The living room and kitchen open onto the south-facing terrace through large French doors. Beyond the terrace is a large outdoor area with a swing, ping-pong table, table and chairs, where the shade of the oak trees provides welcome coolness in summer. Pets are welcome. The house is 5 minutes from the town centre of Six-Fours, where you will find shops and cultural facilities. It is a 15-minute drive from the beaches of Six-Fours or La Seyne-sur-Mer, offering a choice of sandy or rocky beaches. Horse riding or walking is possible from the house, and of course all seaside leisure activities are nearby. It is perfectly suited to a family with children.
