"Beautiful Hotel, with stunning view of the lake from the pool and dinning areas. Staff were happy to help and nothing was too much trouble. My Italian is poor but the staff were all happy to converse in English and made our stay even more relaxed. A beautiful room which included breakfast in the price and their own thermal outdoor pool. A stunning location and can't wait to return and stay again. As a bonus you can travel to Venice door to door in less than 2 hours (Taxi and then high speed...

"A very pleasant hotel with excellent service. Besmir on reception was extremely knowledgeable about the area and very helpful throughout our stay. Good breakfast. No mini-bar but very easy to acquire a beer or drink from reception at good prices. Most rooms have a nice balcony with lake view. Well positioned in the old town area. "

"Good points - convenient distance from the town with a bus stop outside, clean, friendly staff, adequate breakfast, nice size bed and air con. But - pool was cold (as expected at the end of the season) ) and although our room had a balcony it’s not really usable as you can’t open the door fully and it is so small there isn’t even a chair on it but I knew that when I booked it. Overall a nice stay. "
