"Generally a good hotel, well located for accessing Levi and the slopes. The 'premium' breakfast was good, although not amazing, and the spa/pool complex was a nice bonus, although we only made use of it once. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the on-site restaurants (specifically the pizza one) were excellent. Unfortunately we experienced noisy guests in the rooms on both sides of us, which we had to complain about. As for the family room we had, it was bright and clean, although the steep stairs to the mezzanine were treacherous, and the bathroom layout could have been better. All in all, we had a good stay that was marred by thoughtless guests in other rooms."

"Food exemptional, big compliment to the kitchen. Location quiet and peaceful. Sauna should be not charged additional considering the price per night. "

"Apartment clean and comfortable although very expensive for the small size. 2nd bedroom like a box and no bedside lamp. What wasn’t managed well at all were the outside areas. Due to the weather, very slippery ice had formed and it was dangerous to walk to the door of apartment and to the car, especially with luggage. Grit previously thrown down had iced over so no use at all. In places there was 2 inches of water over sheet ice. In the middle of the access to car parking area there was a drain hole and about 1 foot deep of ice built up around it to the level of the car park with all the winter snow, so it had created an enormous pot hole. A grill should have been placed over this. Our car wheels went down this hole and we were lucky not to have damaged it. I went and reported the dangerous and icy conditions to the reception staff and a small amount of new grit was thrown down. More should have been done to improve this situation. If I had been able to find a metal spade I would have roughed up the ice myself by the front door to make it safer. The apartments are in a convenient location to access Lift 6 at Levi ski resort, however there are better value for money options in the resort."

"Great location, comfy beds, lovely helpful staff. (Whilst the apartment was clean - none of the crockery was. We had to wash all the dirty plates, cups and glasses when we arrived which was a bit frustrating as it didnt all fit in the dishwasher.) Lots of storage, great space for a family for a week! This was our second stay, and we would book again. "

"The lodge was sparkling clean and of the highest standard. It had everything you needed including dishwasher, cooking amenities, sauna and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and heating perfect. Checking in was easy with a door code and easy to follow home rules were made clear. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend."

"Although we stayed for just one night, and did it have time to enjoy any of the amenities on site, it was a clean room, the ladies at the front desk were very helpful with our questions, the hotel is in a great location and we got to also enjoy the Hullu Poro Bistro. Breakfast on our way out was delicious…so many options!"
