For me, all was good.

The hotel is impeccable. The room was clean and spacious. No complaints about the property. However, is important to consider that is up in one of the hills. You can walk down to the town but it’s hard to climb back up. There is no sidewalk and the road is busy with buses, cars, motorcycles, etc. That is Amalfi so do your research. Breakfast was bread, cold cuts, yogurts and coffee. They had hard boiled eggs too. They said they are not allowed to cook. So be prepared for that. There are a few restaurants walking distance but they close from 3pm-7pm. That is Amalfi and Italy for you. The owners are polite except for the most senior guy. We saw him slap a guest in the hand for trying to make a sandwich and putting it in the toaster oven. I got yelled at for accidentally taking a banana out of the breakfast area. The other guys who I assume are his sons were polite and helpful but be careful with that older guy.

Hotel was clean, air conditioning worked great, bed was comfortable. Staff was super helpful and nice, specially Roberta.

This was a lovely hotel with such endearing staff! The breakfast was so lovely, and served on an outdoor terrace! Many restaurants near by, and easy walking (as easy as any walking in that area!). We would definitely stay here again.

Place was very nice. Staff communication with first time visitors to Positano could be improved by reassuring guests on 3rd party porter service. Beautiful views. Have cocktail on patio outside restaurant. Important tip: Take bus up and down from beach area. Trust and use Blue or Green Porters if you have large suitcases that will be tough to place on the bus.
