The tent we got was phenomenal huge with everything we could ask for from power to heat. We got out wood bundle and that was perfectly sized for the night. "This cabin was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The views were incredible and having our own private dock to swim in the crystal clear water was perfect. The multiple decks were great for enjoying the outdoors. The fire pit area was very quaint with string lights with the lake on one side and a beautiful rock outcrop on the other side. Would definitely recommend this cabin!"

"We were in Cabin 8 which was an amazing little cabin tucked away with its own private dock and we could launch our kayaks super easy! Gail and Cliff were amazing hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be booking again. "

The Citadel is tucked away down a short gravel road and the view can’t be beat. Watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee is a must. We went to Nestor Falls to fish, so we took our boat the short 7 min drive to Lake of the Woods for some great walleye and Northern fishing, and ended each day at the Citadel. Our kids LOVED the...

"This was located on a part of the lake we hadn’t fished yet so we were excited to check it out. The property was beautiful and exactly as advertised. It was clean and communication with the host was great. This is their family cabin so we appreciated them letting us use it. There is a bit of a hill to walk up in case you have anyone in your party with mobility restrictions, it might be tough. Overall great. Definitely watch for rocks on this part of the lake. Thanks for hosting "

"Just stayed at Twin Oaks with some buddies for a fishing trip. Great cabin. Very clean and nice. So nice to be able to put in and take the boats out right there. Fishing was great as well. There's a decent chance we will be back. Only complaint was the water pressure could run low and sometimes, just shut off for a short time. Made showers interesting a couple times, but some of that is to be expected off the beaten path. I did not meet Sarah, but she was extremely timely with reponses to any questions or concerns which was very appreciated. 5 stars "
