Have you ever heard the phrase, "Tiny, but Mighty"? That is this house! The bedroom is an open loft that can be found at the top of the spiral staircase on the 2nd floor. There is fast wifi, off street parking for 2 vehicles, a fireplace, desk and washer/dryer combo. We are centrally located near downtown shopping and nightlife, 7 minutes from the airport, 3 minutes to Sanford PREMIER Center, and under 10 minutes from both hospitals. The house has all you need...you may never want to leave!

Beautiful cozy very clean place . Excellent location to Denny Sanford stadium & downtown shops & restaurants. Neighborhood very quiet. The house was everything we needed to make this part of our vacation special. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

We stayed here for a wedding and were very happy with everything! The host was quick to respond with details/any questions and welcomed us to reach out if needed. The house was clean, so cute on the inside, and had absolutely anything we could have needed. It was a great home and listed at a great price. Would absolutely recommend if you’re in need of a place to stay!
