The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip all sheets off of the bed and bring them to the laundry room. ALL comforter/bed spreads please fold and leave on the bed it came off of
Take out all trash to the outside bin provided; including kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room trash cans
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Additional cleaning fee of $175 is charged for every 3 week booking interval, which will be added to the total price of the rental after booking
