Stay was good. Right off the highway and lots of shopping, restaurants, and activities around. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean and very nice amenities in the rooms. The only complaint I'd have is the TV wasnt as user friendly as others-- no way to check the guide and channels would cycle after flipping through maybe 10 channels. Not a huge deal.

Always a great stay and reasonably priced. Only issue every time we stay is the extremely strong scent of air freshener in the rooms (really strong and can't be good to breathe in all night. yuck.).

Very clean and very helpful staff. Always love coming back to this hotel specifically! 10000/10 ratings. I wouldn’t see why you would go to other hotels when this one has all you need!

I was unable to stay at this hotel because of car trouble during our trip. Tried to request refund or date change on reservation and hotel staff would not accommodate. Won’t stay here again

Swimming area was torn apart. When checking in at 7 they were unsure if room was ready so had to wait for them to check. No milk,waffles, yogurt, bread of muffins at breakfast. She brought out 6 biscuits and they were gone immediately

Place was clean and staff was friendly. They told us at check in the pool are was closed. They said it just went out of service that day. Just based on the tape and extension cords running into the pool area it has been down for a bit. Would have been nice to know prior to arriving that the pool was out.

Overall the property was okay. Everything was expected as it was a hotel right off the highway. It was upsetting to book a hotel with a “city view” only to get there looked out the window to see the only restaurant Perkins. I checked in Wednesday and from Wednesday-Friday I had to request for 5 different room keys because the key would open the door once and then lock and stop working. Needless to say you’re paying for what you get.

The rooms are very nice, beds very comfortable but the toilets are so far to the ground and small once down was very difficult getting back up. Not convenient for olded people. Would not stay at this brand on hotels again.
