No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door using a code specific to you.

Our home is located in a tucked-away residential neighborhood, but still close to Interstate I-29 making it easy to get anywhere in Sioux Falls in 5-15 minutes.

It`s easiest to get to the neighborhood by car. We have 6 spots in the driveway, and there`s plenty of street parking available as well. Lyft and Uber are readily available as well and very affordable.

Our properties are protected by Truvi. Please note that once you have booked, your booking confirmation will include your Truvi verification link. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.

Early check-in?
- We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the precious little time we have to prepare the home, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks. We want it to be perfect for you! Assume check-in will be at 4 pm. You can message us on the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If you have a flight that arrives early in the day, consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready.

Late Check-out?
- No. Our home is in high demand! Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

Do you allow luggage drop-off for early arrivals or late departures?
- No, unfortunately we are unable to offer luggage drop-off at this time.

Is this a shared home?
- No, you will have access to the entire home.

Do you offer a cleaning service?
- Yes! If our schedule allows, we can accommodate additional cleaning services on a weekly basis, for an added cost. Just ask us!

Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker?
- No. This is against Airbnb policy. While we would love to host whoever you are booking for, we do need them to book for themselves with their own Airbnb account. You can potentially earn travel credit by referring someone to book their first reservation with Airbnb. Go to Account Settings and click on Invite Friends for more details.

No smoking or vaping at all! A $500 fee will be charged if we find evidence of smoking in the home. No unregistered guests are allowed in the home without prior approval. Please respect our neighbors and reduce noise after 10 PM.
