The Clubhouse

  • Welcome to “The Clubhouse”. Located in Sioux City, IA. This location is nothing like you’ve ever experienced before. Tons of room to host events or family gatherings. With our bunk room we have plenty of space to have the slumber party of your dreams. We have two projectors that are linked for games, movies, events. With our in house arcade, you’re sure to be the hit of the party. All games are free except the claw machine which only cost .25 cents. Come prepared to make tons of memories. We look forward to hosting you.

Host had everything ready to go, great communication, and the place was incredible. So much room to spread out, everything you could want to have fun, and what a unique setup! Would recommend to anyone looking to have a fun stay in Sioux City with a group, have this one bookmarked for us to come back to.

This place is very spacious and quiet. The bunk room has its own mini split and full bathroom area. The mattresses in there were comfortable. I ended up putting a folding table they had at the foot of the double bed by the closet. It gave more space to put items on. Those that slept in the other areas enjoyed their accommodations. Of course the children loved the arcade games, ping pong table, and pool table.The host was beyond nice and very quick to respond to text. If I visit the area again, even with just my family, I would stay here in a heartbeat.

Our group of eight had an incredible time at this property. The house had tons of space, which made it easy for everyone to spread out without ever feeling crowded. The number of beds and bathrooms was perfect for a larger group, and everyone slept comfortably.We were especially impressed by all the tech and entertainment options. Between the games, the setup for hanging out, and the thoughtful touches throughout the house, it made our stay effortless and fun. It was the ideal home base for a guys’ weekend—comfortable, clean, and packed with things to do.
