Requested King on 1st floor. Got Double on 2nd floor. There was NO elevator as stated on Website. The refrigerator didn't work. NO breakfast as stated on Website.

Hi Dale,I apologize that your overnight stay was not satisfactory. However, it doesn't seem fair to raise these complaints. When you checked in, we clearly informed you about the hotel's conditions. We couldn't offer the king-size room due to a water heater malfunction, breakfast wasn't available, and you agreed to check in for the full-size bed room with a 10 discount. Additionally, we immediately replaced the faulty refrigerator upon your feedback. We understand that this may have inconvenienced you, but equipment malfunctions can occur unexpectedly and may be beyond the hotel's control. We're sorry for any inconvenience and will strive to provide a better experience during your next visit. Thank you.

Although the Expedia and their own hotel website (along with their property on site billboard) indicates "includes free breakfast", there was NOTHING at all of any kind.

They asked for $100 deposit when I checked in I already spending $169 then they want another 100 plus the key they gave me to get in the side doors didn’t it was around 10:30pm all doors were locked I rang door bell somebody came to open door then he yelled at me I told him key don’t work then he tried after that he blamed me for having key near cell phone I couldn’t sleep so just left after that

Was pretty dated and didn’t feel very clean. The beds weren’t very comfortable and no free breakfast as advertised. It did the job for one night on our road trip, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

After a long day driving, I needed a place to get some rest before continuing on. Although it was 2am, I was able to book a room for the remainder of the night and the manager was very helpful. Definitely could use some remodeling, but I got some good sleep

Worth the money
The refrigerator didn't work. I was in a hurry after I checked in to get somewhere so I did not call the desk. Also the Ice machine wasn't working in the building I was in. Gave up trying to get into the other building. Still, the price was reasonable and it was a good stay.

The bed was comfortable. There was NO hot water for a shower or to wash your face, not even luke warm water. Even if the room had HOT water the shower was nasty still had someone else's hair all over the walls.

I will not stay here again. This hotel was absolutely disgusting. It smelled terrible, there was no hot water, the wifi did not work. The building was not secured the outside doors to the building I stayed in had the security door lock but neither of them worked. This place was disgusting!

Acceptable but nothing special.
Older motel, supplied refrig. was not cooling, bathroom layout was very inconvenient, and ceiling was dripping water from room above. Continental breakfast was acceptable but nothing to brag about. Manager was friendly, but neighboring room was very noisy. Our stay was tolerable, but not great. Room for 2 came with only 1 set of towel, hand towel & washcloth.

There were stains all over the room... very nervous about sleeping there. Very very out of date. We were never told about any breakfast or any accommodations they had.. if they had any like the website says. Wouldn’t stay here again.

If you have low standards and only need sleep.
I initially stayed two nights for work. My first impression was its outdated, ran down and a little sketchy. The room seemed clean but nothing extensive. I under it was late. I arrive at 11:58 and stand at th locked front door(?) for 10 mins. A sign said ring the bell, so I did 3 times over those 10 mins and no response. Then I go to my hotel info and call. He answer but was unaware of any reservations and sounded like he had been sleeping. It seems this hotel is ran by only one man. Mildly Impressd if so..first the mirrors were all dirty Keep in mind one whole wall is a set of mirrors. Room service brought towel but didn't clean or make the bed. I used the hotel for sleep so I didn't check the tv...Although I checked the alarm clock and it didn't work. I had to stay another night so I gave the Knight Inn again... I by chance get the same room, as the two nights before. I open the room and put my things down. I notice not one of the 3 mirrors had been cleaned nor the crumbs of food I left behind the night before. The whole wall of mirrors must have had 10-15 hand prints all over it. So who knows when they cleaned that last. Lastly I wanted to watch tv before bed..it didn't work also. Oh ya and Wifi or lack there of. He gave me the same slip yo get wifi each night and either worked...

Do not pay money to stay here.
Train tracks basically go through the rear parking lot and even though place was nearly empty, I was placed in rear of building. Hotel was currently being re-roofed and again, even though nearly empty I was placed directly under section being roofed (luckily I needed to be up and leaving early, otherwise could have used the roofers as an alarm clock). Wifi did not work, after several attempts by manager to "reboot modem" I gave up (basically, there is no wifi). Pool is empty and full of trash. Broken down vehicles with broken out windows in parking lot. A/C only worked on HIGH or OFF, no in between. Carpet is old & dirty with tears and burns. Towels are a new "low" in my horrible-hotel-towel-experience (and I've had used some horrible towels in my day). At least the bed linens were clean. Again, Do not pay money to stay here.

The hotel is falling apart, it is very outdated. The front desk person was very rude, he followed us all the way to the side door and did not allow us back in the hotel because we had kids. He started yelling at us in front of our kids saying no kids allowed, you got to go, get a refund from where you booked. We said okay, we will get a refund but he continued to yell and make a bigger scene it was very hard to understand him as he does not speak clear English. We were glad to be out of there but it left our kids very confused they kept asking us why was that man so mean, and why did he not want kids in the hotel. We were not treated with any respect at all, Horrible experience for a hotel that is in that shape. Never again.

I almost didn't stay. The staff was nice, but the pool was drained and the halls were musty. I only stayed because the room was very clean and smelled clean. Not a bad experience, but they really need to renovate.

Hotel very old, carpets in bad shape, had to change room, requested non smoking and was given smoking, no problem to change. Parking lot was like a war zone with holes everywhere, a bit of a challenge to drive around. Breakfast was in the tornado shelter very dark, milk was out dated today. It was not that cheap compared with other and better facilities, no I would not recommend to others. Fridge had to be turned by a staff member as was the A/C. Did not work that good, no coffee m/c, could not get Internet to connect.

ASHTRAY LIVING.
Our Fault somehow we booked a Smoking room. However, We also booked a non smoking room in another hotel that obviously someone smoked in and it wasn't like this. THIS ROOM STUNK!!!! I use a CPAP Machine that filters air and I was stuck with Smoke smell embedded in it till I got home 5 days later and could change the filter. The Towels were miniature, RUFF and SCRATCHY! When we arrived they first claimed they were closed, then they were full, then we didn't have a reservation. Then he was like "Oh, it's through Hotels.com" (JUST WEIRD!) We did ask if we could get a Non-Smoking room. But he said they didn't have any. We went to the store and bought Freebreeze. TRUST ME IT DIDN'T HELP! I took pictures of the mirror in-case I could upload them for the review. The Smoke Stains on the Glass, Lighting fixtures and Walls was disgusting. The Carpet was badly worn (all though not all the way through). We also purchased BLEACH and sprayed down the Toilet and Shower Stall and eve the floor. Used one of the wash cloth size hand towels to wide things down and it was filthy.

Facility was status quo, however room was disgusting. Appeared as though a large quantity of blood had poured down mattresses onto carpet. I should have mentioned it to management, however the room was quite a ways from the front desk, I checked in late, and have mobility issues, so didn't bother.

Staying in business, I need fast Internet. The Internet here is faster then most any hotel I go to including the big ones. It turns out that not every room has microwave and refrigerator. If you need those, call ahead and the manager will likely reserve them for you
