Villa Sea Breeze is currently closed for a complete renovation and will reopen in January 2027 - bigger, more luxurious, and ready to welcome up to 10 guests.

Villa Sea Breeze combines modern elegance with tropical serenity, offering a seamless blend of indoor comfort and outdoor beauty. The villa’s bright white interiors, stylish furnishings, and open layout create a calm and airy atmosphere, while large sliding doors invite the Caribbean breeze inside. From the living room and terrace, you can admire uninterrupted views of the dazzling turquoise sea — the perfect backdrop for your stay.

The villa features two spacious bedrooms, each with air conditioning, a king-size bed, and a private en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom boasts panoramic sea views directly from the bed, while the second bedroom offers a serene space with easy access to the terrace or beach. Both bathrooms feature walk-in showers, elegant fixtures, and modern design, ensuring a luxurious experience throughout your stay.

The open kitchen is equipped with high-end SMEG appliances, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine, ideal for preparing delicious meals to enjoy outdoors. Whether dining under the shaded palapa or at the elegant terrace table, every meal feels special with the sound of waves nearby.

Outside, a private beachfront awaits. Soft sand, palm trees, and cozy hammocks create a tranquil retreat where you can unwind in complete privacy. Several comfortable lounge areas offer sun or shade, and a gas BBQ invites you to cook and dine outdoors while overlooking the sea. The infinity-style swimming pool with sun loungers completes this idyllic setting, allowing you to relax with the horizon stretching endlessly before you.

Villa Sea Breeze also includes modern amenities such as complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout, DAZN digital TV for sports enthusiasts, and a private carport for secure parking. Located just a short walk from the renowned restaurant Karakter, the villa offers the best of Coral Estate living: peace, exclusivity, and breathtaking coastal views.

Coral Estate itself offers 24-hour security, a luxury spa, a dive center, a bakery, and excellent restaurants such as Karakter and rooftop bar Koraal. Nearby you will find some of Curaçao’s most beautiful beaches: Playa Porto Marie, Cas Abao, and Daaibooi.

Cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. Upon arrival, the accommodation is fully cleaned, the beds are made, and towels and beach towels are provided. During your stay, the accommodation is cleaned every 3–4 days, the beds are changed, and you will receive fresh towels and beach towels.

At Coral Estate Rentals, we want every guest to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, pets are not permitted, and we ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. To keep the serene atmosphere, parties and events aren’t allowed. A refundable deposit is required at check-in (cash or credit card). Water and electricity are included, with normal air conditioning use of about 8-12 hours a day.
