Fantastic stay – highly recommended!

I had a brilliant stay at this hotel and would definitely return. The breakfast was excellent – perfectly cooked eggs and bacon, a great variety of fresh breads and rolls, and loads of pastries to enjoy. I stayed in one of the large farmhouse rooms just across the road from the main hotel (check-in is over there). The room was spacious, clean, and en-suite, with a handy kitchenette (microwave and fridge), good TV channels, and everything I needed. The hotel offers great facilities including a swimming pool, free pool table, table tennis, and table football – perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and it’s conveniently located near supermarkets. Free parking is also a big bonus if you’re driving (although I think only for the farmhouse not the main hotel) The only small downside was that weekend breakfast starts at 8am, which is a bit late if you’re an early riser. A 7am option would be ideal. Other than that, it was a comfortable, well-equipped, and great-value stay in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

Svømmebasseng og minigolf er ekstra hyggelig med familien. Det er flere spisesteder, butikker og bakeri like ved, som kan være byttig om man vil lage mat på rommet aelv eller gå ut og spise. Kort vei til flyplassen. Veldig god frokost og restaurant på hotellet!

Overnatting for F1 Belgia Grand Prix

Vi bodde 3 netter på Hof Van Stayen. Her er det gode muligheter for å bade, slappe av og bruke ulike aktiviteter. Vi savnet AC. Merk at det er forskjell på Hof Van Stayen og Hotel Stayen. Godt vedlikeholdt, rent og pent. Veldig store rom! Vi bodde her for å se på F1 på Spa, og det tok litt over en time å kjøre til banen.

Wij verbleven in Hof van Stayen, 100m van hotel Stayen. Waar voor de 2 hotels maar in 1 hotel iemand aanwezig was aan de receptie. We moesten voor de fietsenstalling telkens een sleutel gaan halen in het andere hotel. Wat niet meer van die tijd is, vinden we. De medewerkers moesten telkens 5 min zoeken naar de sleutel, terwijl het volgens ons gemakkelijk op te lossen is. Soms moesten we ipv de sleutel een ID kaart afgeven, of onze telnr of soms helemaal niets... Want voor de deur voor het binnenkomen in het hotel en onze kamer kregen we een kaart die we voor de kaartlezer moesten houden. Wij zijn jonge mensen en het was goed weer, dus wij vonden het niet zo erg om telkens over en weer te lopen. Maar voor oude(re) mensen is dit niet ideaal.

Hotellet är fint , rent, städat varje dag! Placeringen av hotellet gjör att man kan resa lätt till Namur, Bruxelle!
