Welcome to this property on Sint Philipsland, ideal for business stays and expats. This peaceful and spacious accommodation offers a comfortable and practical environment for work-related stays. The living room has a welcoming feel with an open staircase leading to the second floor. The large kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven and a 5-burner gas stove, perfect for preparing meals after a long workday.

The property has three bedrooms. Downstairs we have a bedroom with two single beds an a shower en-suite. Upstairs we have two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with three single beds. We have also a second bathroom upstairs. There is also an additional toilet on the ground floor. The accommodation provides everything needed for a comfortable and productive work stay in the region.
