"I loved the feel of entering into the huge brown doors of Kontiki! It was so safe and you literally felt like you were residing in a tropical jungle or rainforest. The rooms were beautiful, cleaned everyday, safe box and mini fridge in room, had a bath tub and shower (only one out of three accommodations I found with a bath tub) huge sink, very comfortable bed, gorgeous wrap around porch, five salt water pools, close to a LOT of walkable entertainment, restaurant and three or more beaches! I initially had some reservations after I saw some reviews but then I asked specifically about the resort myself and received feedback that convinced me to book the Tropical Superior Room and I’m SO GLAD I did! The location was perfect for me! I had a second floor room btw. If you’re on the fence like I was.. BOOK IT! "

"The hotel needs to be updated other than that we had a great time . The hotel is nice and big they keep you entertained with Pedro multi tasking different kinds of activities. Great service at the bar. In regards of the food since is all inclusive the one side of cold food needs to be covered with a net or plastic due to too many flies over the food."

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food at cascada was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. "
