"Located by a beautiful beach, very quiet in October leading to a peaceful sunny stay. Mario was very responsive and left us a welcome parcel of sweet treats. Villa was very clean and has lots of positives, comfortable mattress, great hob, fridge freezer, washing machine etc. some modernising would benefit the overall experience especially bedroom furniture, bed is very low and chest of drawers do not close or open easily. "Fabulous house in a super location , situated directly on the beach. Fabrizio & family were lovely hosts and the house is as described. I loved sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine watching the birds and butterflies. The view is spectacular. Great Wi-Fi was an unexpected bonus. There is no a/c, and normally this is not an issue but we arrived in a heatwave, so was a little hot at night. I would recommend this house if you are looking for peace & relaxation and will definitely return....

"Sehr gute Lage, super Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, jederzeit erreichbar. Super Wifi und deutsche sat tv sender, kein Whirlpool ;-) dafür Whirlpool Mikrowelle. Der Garten und der bbq waren super, auch sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. In der Nebensaison traumhaftes Oktoberwetter, leere Strände! Supermarkt im Ort, aber günstiger und größere Auswahl etwa 20 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Zu Fuß etwa 10 min zum Strand, mit dem Auto zum Traumstrand nur 10 min. Klare Empfehlung für Piscina Rei. "Ottima esperienza da ripetere, la casa e’ in posizione ideale, a pochissima distanza dalla spiaggia attrezzata di campus. Dal giardino e da casa si sente il rumore del mare che fa da sottofondo. La posizione e’ ideale anche per la Visita alle spiagge tra Villasimius e Cagliari e di costa rei."
