Studio composed of veranda, living room with double sofa bed and folding cot, kitchenette, bathroom.
The apartment is fully furnished with all the kitchen supplies. Bed linen, bath towel set and consumables (soap, shampoo etc.) are not provided.
All windows have mosquito nets.
The restaurant is surrounded by a hectare of Mediterranean vegetation (myrtle, strawberry tree, mastic, holm oak, downy oak, maritime pine, mulberry and various fruit plants. In the evening you can enjoy the concert of various birds and wildlife that come to visit us.

Great stay very close to beautiful beaches

Owner Cosimo is very sympathic and helpful. Beaches are 20min on foot. With a baby was slightly small... but ok !

Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. Wir sind als Paar mit Hund verreist und hatten selten so einen magischen Ort. Die Gastgeber sind herzlich und hilfsbereit, wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen.

Esperienza positiva, host fantastici

Era quello che ci aspettavamo, situazione di campagna con cani, gatti, galline . Gli host di cuore e sempre sorridenti, molto disponibili. Per vivere bene questa esperienza bisogna avere le giuste aspettative, ovvero di stare in campagna in senso stretto. Siamo abituate quindi per noi è stato tutto molto familiare. Il monolocale ha tutto ciò che serve, il divano letto è molto comodo, c'è il condizionatore che non abbiamo mai usato perché aprendo le finestre entrava una brezza piacevolissima. La nostra cagnolina era felicissima di stare lì insieme agli altri cani, ha provato ad inserirsi nel piccolo "branco" e non ci sono state situazioni sgradevoli. Abbiamo socializzato con altri ospiti, che ci hanno invitati a cena nella terrazza dell'appartamento affianco ed è stato un bel momento. L'atmosfera era molto piacevole. La spiaggia delle dune di Capo Comino è raggiungibile a piedi, in circa 15-20 minuti, attraversando un bosco di eucalipti e un sentiero tra le dune, molto belli. Nella spiaggia, sulla destra, si possono incontrare naturisti (la situazione è comunque molto tranquilla), sulla sinistra, invece, c'è anche un lido attrezzato. È necessario un mezzo di trasporto. In auto si arriva a pochi minuti in spiagge meravigliose, la zona è bellissima. Da migliorare è la pulizia "non ordinaria", ovvero tra gli infissi, travi, ecc, poiché essendo in campagna è facile che si formino ragnatele e accumuli di polvere. La pulizia "ordinaria" era sufficiente. Consigliato

Eccezionale, luogo magico immerso nella natura. A pochissimi minuti da località stupende di mare Capo Comino, Berchida, Oasi di Bidderosa. La struttura offre tutto l'essenziale. I padroni Cosimo e Pasquale due persone squisite, sempre disponibili a qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Splendida l accoglienza dei loro cani, Biredda e Brigante, soprattutto nei confronti della nostra cagnetta, Kia. Torneremo presto.

Fijne ervaring in een prachtige omgeving

Bij aankomst kwamen Cosimo en zijn zoon Pasquale ons direct verwelkomen en we kregen direct koffie of iets anders aangeboden. Hij legde alles uit en gaf allerlei tips over van alles, bezienswaardigheden, recreatie, boodschappen etc. Hij gaf ook aan altijd tot je beschikking te staan. De communicate was geweldig (hilarisch) hij is fan van Google translate en noemt deze ook Professor Google 😂al bij al werkte dit met een hoop problemen maar we lagen soms krom van het lachen hierom. Wij hadden als verblijf de kleine studio, alles was keurig netjes hier. De slaapbank lag wonderwel prima, dit hadden we niet verwacht. Klein puntje was wel dat er geen toiletpapier en een fles water was. Vooral dat eerste is fijn als je na een reis aankomt en heel nodig naar het toilet moet. Het is er heerlijk rustig, en er zijn op redelijk korte afstand vele stranden waar je met de auto dicht bij kan parkeren. Alles bij elkaar een hele fijne tijd gehad bij een prima gastheer. Cosimo en Pasquale heel erg bedankt.

Gastfreundschaft in ländlicher Atmosphäre mit herrlichen Stränden in der Nähe

Wir danken dem Gastgeber Cosimo und seinem Sohn Pasquale für die sehr herzliche Aufnahme, die vielen Tomaten und Melonen aus ihrem Garten. Das Leben spielt sich auf der schönen Terrasse ab, wenn man nicht an den nahen Strand geht oder Ausflüge in die Berge unternimmt. Die Wohnung enthält auf kleinem Raum alles Notwendige, einschließlich Klimaanlage, sie ist sauber und funktional. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Casa campagnola

Io e il mio ragazzo abbia soggiornato qui 12 giorni (12-24agosto)Come posizione é a 10 minuti di macchina da berchida. Mentre dalle dune di capo comino 5 min. Come posizione la sera si stava molto bene, non faceva caldo c’era il venticello pur essendo agosto e non essendoci il condizionatore si stava piuttosto bene. Nell annuncio mi pare che c’erano le lenzuola, asciugamani.... ma NON ci sono ve le dovete portare. Mentre ci sono tutti gli utensili da cucina, ma non ci sono contenitori dove mettere la roba caso mai voleste portarvi qualcosa da mangiare al mare. Il signor Cosimo MOLTO gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Essendo la struttura in una specie di fattoria ci ha dato le uova freschissime dei pomodori e altre cose. Però non si sente la puzza di animali. Luogo immerso nel verde, si sta tranquilli. Ma non ci sono posti dove andare a fare passeggiate la sera in riva al mare o vedere bancarelle.

Homely accommodation in the countryside

We were very satisfied and happy in this country house in the shade of eucalyptus with the buzz of cicadas. We felt at home. The host and his son were very caring and friendly. Ideal for lovers of animals, peace, and nature. 10 minutes slow walk to the beach with white dunes on one side and rocky coast on the other. Thank you Cosimo and Pasquale!

Comodo appartamento, splendida posizione, proprietari fantastici

Vacanza bellissima, Anna, Cosimo e Pasquale sono persone squisite. Appartamento comodo e tranquillo, un vero paradiso se amate gli animali domestici, il silenzio e i cieli stellati. Bellissime spiagge nelle immediate vicinanze (chiedete a Cosimo, una miniera di informazioni!) alcune raggiungibili a piedi in una mezz'oretta. Anche Pedro, il nostro border collie, ha gradito moltissimo il soggiorno!

Ci siamo sentiti a casa

Abbiamo trascorso le nostre ferie in questa azienda agricola con i nostri due cani,ci siamo sentiti a casa, il proprietario è una persona molto disponibile e molto simpatico, la moglie dolcissima e molto premurosa, il figlio si occupa degli animali dell’azienda un ragazzo gentile che ci ha fatto vedere il bestiame e ci ha portato pomodori e formaggio. Abbiamo dormito sempre al fresco e nel silenzio, vicinissimo a spiagge bellissime. Consiglio questa Azienda Agricola ad amanti della natura e della tranquillità
