Geräumige Ferienwohnung für 2-4 Personen. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und zusätzlich steht im Wohnzimmer ein Schlafsofa für 2 Personen zur Verfügung. Die Ferienwohnung `Tore` kann optional mit der Ferienwohnung 'Mezzo' verbunden gemietet werden. So das auf einer Ebene bis zu 8 Personen einer größeren Personengruppe wie z.B. zwei Familien Urlaub machen können. Gute Ausstattung der Küche mit Gasherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Geschirrspülmaschine, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine. 1 Badezimmer mit Dusche, Haartrockner. Große Küche mit Essbereich. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem Schlafsofa und einem Fernseher (Sat-Empfang) ausgestattet. Balkon mit Panoramablick. Für kühle Tage steht ein Gasofen bereit (Gasflaschen können vor Ort gekauft werden). Im Außenbereich können Sie mit einem Barbecuegrill grillen. WLAN per Satellit.

Großzügige Wohnung, seperater Zugang, problemlos funktionierender Self-CheckIn, freundlicher Kontakt zu dem Vermieter, der zufällig vor Ort war. Man braucht ein Auto, um zu Supermärkten zu kommen, fußläufig sind Strand und Gastronomie erreichbar. Gerne wieder!

Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit und die Unterkunft hat mit der erhöhten Position eine wunderbare Aussicht über die wunderschöne Küstenlandschaft. All you need for a base to explore the east coast if flying in to Olbia. Clean, quiet, secure, great views, & all the facilities you need. Slight misunderstanding on arrival but Michael was contactable immediately & quickly resolved the situation without any problem.

Great location minutes from craziness in town, minutes from amazing beaches. Apartment is large and clean,with deck that was a joy to sit and eat with fabulous view. Fruits trees and grape vines we were told we could pick from. Parking was not a problem. Nice kitchen and bath with good shower. Very private! Plenty of room for four. My beef was NO internet. I was not thrilled about having to make the bed up. German TV. And no amenities. No coffee, soap, shampoo which we have found at other rentals. If he had internet I would give five stares, it is an amazing place.

Toll ausgestattete Wohnung

Wir haben 9 Tage in der Wohnung "Tore" verbracht. Die Lage der Casa Pischedda ist super und wir hatten von unserer großzügigen Terasse einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Auch als wir ein technisches Problem in der Wohnung hatten, war Herr Pischedda immer telefonisch erreichbar und hat innerhalb kürzester Zeit einen Handwerker vorbeigeschickt. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es, weil die Wohnung innen recht dunkel ist (der Ausblick aufs Meer und die Berge ist nur von der Terrasse aus möglich) und nicht zum langen gemütlichen Verweilen einlädt. Beim nächsten Mal würden wir eine der anderen beiden Wohnungen mieten.
