"Stunning views, but that’s what you’re paying for. To be honest the place has great potential but it’s super worn down and not taken care of. Maybe it’s because we visited during off season but the furniture/couches outside were both dirty and broken, the rooms were ok clean, but low standard with things breaking and iffy heating. You will struggle if you don’t speak Italian as the personell barely speak English. It’s not 24/7 reception so we had issues at 01 am with people from the camping...

"I think this is the cutest hotel on the water front, all covered in vines, with multiple terrasses, shaded by grapevine and other beautiful flowering vines. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, breakfast tasty and plentiful, staff knowledgeable and helpful. A few points to keep in mind: 1. There's no parking at the hotel, you park next door, at public parking, at 12 euro per day 2. The beach in front of the hotel was not our favorite - too rocky and small. You need to reserve umbrellas/ loungers from the hotel at 20 euros per day. We found that neighboring Spiaggia di Palmasera was much nicer and not crowded. 3. There's no elevator, and if your room is on the 3rd floor, you'll be carrying your luggage up some steep flights of stairs by yourself as there's no one to help you."

"Unique property that is very photogenic and full of surprises. We particularly loved aperitivo hour at the panoramic bar - beautiful views and excellent service. We ate at the restaurant every night we were there and everything we tried was delicious. We wish the air conditioning had been a bit stronger in our room as it was warm and a bit stuffy at night."

"We received a warm welcome, and were shown quickly to a room that was clean, well laid out and more importantly kept cool. The area around the pool was busy but there was space on loungers whenever we visited. The breakfast buffet offered a good range of different options. The man working the bar was very friendly and attentive throughout the stay."
