Singaraja City Center Hotels, Buleleng

"We have been staying at Kelapa for 10 years and have enjoyed the beauty, lovely staff, stunning pool and delicious food each time."

"Gardens and pool were beautifully kept. Staff always friendly and attentive. The suite we had was very roomy and comfortable. Bed pillows were very hard we had difficulty sleeping. Beach towels were showing wear as they were fraying around edges. Ants in the food areas as well as on the carpet in rooms, needs to be fumigated. Good property overall"

"Amazing holiday. Helpful staff❤️❤️❤️"

"Beautiful resort with ocean views, quiet but beautiful location..staff were very friendly and helpful..couldn’t fault the resort .."

"Puri Saron is right on the beach, very quiet and relaxing, the garden here is beautiful and very well kept 😊"

"This hotel with its wonderful staff was the highlight of our Bali trip! Nestled in the quiet, luscious hills of Northern Bali, 10 minutes from Lovina (and the amazing dolphin swim!), it really exceeded our expectations. Spacious villa with private infinity pool, mindfully decorated, and surrounded by gorgeous trees and plants, we immediately felt welcome and cared for by the most attentive, helpful staff with welcome drinks and cold towels in hand. The open-air massages were simply amazing and...

"Great grounds and excellent for price. Ac was barely working so that was a factor"

"very nice place and people"

"The breakfast was not good, everything was cold not at appetizing, wouldn't recommend having breakfast there. "

"Very service minded staf, nice villa"

"Great location with uninterrupted views of the ocean and direct beach pickup for the dolphin tours. Awesome spot to see the sunset. We were a party of 5 staying in 4 rooms. I had to move room as the a/c was not working properly nor was the wifi. I got upgraded to a suite which was nice however the 3 remaining rooms were without a fridge in the room, so no option to keep drinks cold. Staff lovely and responsive. Good food from the restaurant which was well priced. You need to drive a couple of km...

"First and foremost, the staff here were wonderful. The food was excellent, a good choice for the a la carte included breakfast and delicious options for the candle lit dinner by the pool. We enjoyed the tranquility away from the coast, yet the green, hillside location still offered distant views of the sea. Whilst our pool villa was quite a way from the central area, there was a buggy service always available."

"Great location and great environment."

"We absolutely loved our stay! The rooms were spotless, and the hotel had such a peaceful, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay a wonderful and memorable experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Definitely recommend places to stay 👌👌👌"

"Exceptional service. The staff treated us like family especially Norman. The view was our room and restaurant was stunning. Only downside was the curtains were not dark enough and the room was lit up through the night "

"Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was so welcoming, everyone remembered our names. We were very sad to leave."
