"Our flight was delayed, our car booking delayed and Google got us lost up a mountain but the host persevered finding us at 1am to guide us to the villa. Adrian is a superhost for sure. He gave information, answered calls immediately, whatever I asked he provided. He even washed and polished my car as mountain dusty at bear sanctuary. The home was immaculate, with views to die for, bedding towels and hair dryer provided. Internet/WiFi, road a dirt track but what a ride seeing mountains, running hills and valleys - the local cows with bells, horse and carriages, dogs, cats, birds that roam freely, it was a delight. "There was a problem with the restaurant. Therefore, we were seamlessly moved to their sister hotel that was 1 min away. Check in was easy. The bed was comfy. The staff were friendly. We would stay again!"

"Resort was friendly and clean. The pools were nice. The beds are extremely hard and not comfortable to sleep on and the mixed alcohol options are extremely limited. The shower was very small and difficult to move around in. There was a lot of loud kids outside in the early morning which makes it hard for people to sleep who have jetlag."
