This historic location boasts over 2,500 years of history, with probable Etruscan origins. The oldest part of the building was a watchtower along the Via Lauretana in the 1200s and evolved over the following centuries. In the 18th century, it became a model farm during the agricultural revolution that made the Valdichiana an area of excellence.
