Reef Oasis Blue Bay Resort

"We had a wonderful stay at the Reef Oasis Blue Bay in Sharm El Sheikh. The entire experience was fantastic, but what truly set it apart was the incredible service. Every single member of the staff was polite, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. This excellent service extended everywhere—including the spa and the water sports teams. A massive plus for us was the zero-pressure environment; unlike many other resorts, no one was pushing or aggressively trying to sell excursions, treatments, or upgrades. It made our vacation so much more relaxing and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free getaway!"

"I stayed at this hotel with my family for six days, and everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and the food was delicious with a wide variety of options. There were also many enjoyable activities throughout the day for both adults and children. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."

"I enjoyed the shaded pool areas, numerous beach chairs and floating devices. Also the ice Spanish latte by the pool tasted amazing . My room was cleaned perfect and the staff was extremely helpful and kind from baggage carriers, dinning and excursion trip guides. One thing that could add excellence would be an iron in the room . Other than that I had a marvelous time"

"Ahmen at the main restaurant in the rotunda was amazing. Very attentive and courteous, also great with the kids. The hotel had lots of fund stuff to do at night and the food was amazing. Literally all of the staff were super kind and helpful, going above and beyond. Will definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel has a great location, friendly staff, and beautiful facilities. However, I was disappointed that the room did not have a proper closet or enough storage space for clothes and luggage, which made our stay less comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but adding adequate closet space would greatly improve the rooms."

"I stayed at Hilton Sharm El Sheikh, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had with Hilton. The check-in process was smooth and professional. I requested both a room change and an upgrade, and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. I also asked for a specific room view, and they went above and beyond to make it happen. What truly stood out to me, however, was the hotel staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel at home. A special thank you to Mohammad Dimey and Yasir the bus driver,the team for their outstanding hospitality and excellent service. I would also like to give special recognition to the entertainment team, who were absolutely fantastic. Their energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism made every day enjoyable and helped create a great atmosphere around the hotel. A special thank you to Diego and Fox, who were always friendly, engaging, and full of positive energy. I would also like to thank the two wonderful ladies on the entertainment team for their kindness, hard work, and for making guests feel welcome and included in the activities. Thank you to everyone at Hilton Sharm El Sheikh for making my stay such a memorable experience. I truly felt at home and will definitely be returning in the future.
