Please note this home is not toddler-proof and the yard is not fenced. There is a main road directly in front of the home leading straight into Downtown Simpsonville, so extra supervision is very important for small children. Guests traveling with toddlers or young children should bring their own child-proofing items and use caution during their stay.

The cottage is also heavily surrounded by trees and nature. Because of this, the property undergoes regular pest control treatments; however, bugs and insects outdoors are common in natural areas and are outside of our control. We are not responsible for bugs outside the home, and we recommend guests bring bug spray if they plan to spend time outdoors.
