- This beautiful 2 bed - 2 bath luxurious condo in Simpson Bay Yacht club (SBYC) is located in the best spot of the island. 2 bedrooms have King beds, we can also add a crib. SBYC has 3 pools and 2 tennis courts for you to use. The Beach is at 5 min walking and so are Supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, bars, casinos etc. This is the perfect 2bdr house if you want to enjoy all of SXM. This condo has everything you need. Enjoy this comfortable condo in Simpson Bay which has 2 bedrooms with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The spacious living room with sofa, flat screen TV and fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffeemaker). Big plus: a washer and dryer are in the apartment. All rooms have AC. There are 3 beautiful Terraces in front and in the back of with wide open doors to enjoy the breeze. On top of all of this the gated complex has 3 gorgeous pools and 2 tennis courts. book an extra foldable single bed for 25$ per night.
