Full suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Sleeps up to 6 with pullout sofa in living room. Full eat in kitchen with all appliances. Balcony with spectacular ocean views. Full health club, restaurant, lounge, convenience store all on-site and everything is brand new. Magnificent location with easy walk to numerous restaurants, clubs, casinos, grocery stores or just get an ice cream. Yet very private on ocean side, and see a parade of Mega Yachts going right be your door into Simpson Bay.
