Located in beautiful Simpson Bay, directly on Kim Sha Beach. Privately owned, Gorgeous Fourth floor 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo offers a private beach area ,air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, towels, flat-screen TVs, a dining area, a terrace with sea views, access to free Wifi and free private parking. Gorgeous pool with swim up bar, onsite restaurant and BBQ area, free access to fitness centre and laundry machines. Perfect spot to relax and have the perfect holiday in paradise. This property offers gated FREE parking, is accessible for all ages, and has super friendly staff as well. The Staff have daily activities, including Bingo, water sports, kids club activities and beach rental activities.
You’ll be close to everything when you stay at our home, where everything you need is within walking distance, including restaurants, bars, and beach!
There is a $25/night/room resort fee (+5% tax) for our guest to be able to use all the amenities and $250 refundable security deposit paid directly to the resort upon check in, security deposit returned at check-out.
