Absolutely spectacular! Our stay at VAYA was unforgettable. The hotel is modern, spotless, and surrounded by breathtaking views. The breakfast was delicious, varied, and complete, the beds were extremely comfortable, and every member of the staff was genuinely warm and charming. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again!

Perfectly located hotel with the added convenience of the ski in and out access. Great that ski storage was included in the price too. Every area was kept immaculately clean with rooms cleaned daily to a high standard. Breakfast buffet selection was excellent and the food delicious. We stayed half board and thought the starter and dessert offering from the buffet along with the pre ordered main course (choice of 3) was perfect. Service was excellent all staff were found to be friendly and helpful. Spa facilities were an added bonus. It was lovely to relax by the pool after a days skiing and enjoy the amazing views. It wasn't overly busy, which Ibwas worried about. I cannot fault the hotel or staff and am already looking to rebook for next year. The only downside, if I were to be super picky, was that the view from my balcony was limited to balconies of the rooms opposite. But I spent no time there, so no issue. The hotel has a beatiful terrace with amazing views. 5 stars from us!

Eigentlich ein fast perfekter Aufenthalt! Das Essen war super lecker und das Personal unglaublich herzlich und lieb, die Kellner super zügig, vielleicht manchmal etwas zu zügig mit dem Abräumen des Tisches. Dafür schon mal ein großes Lob. Zwei kleine Mankos gab es leider: Zum einen sind die Decken recht hellhörig, man hört das Trampeln und Möbelrücken aus dem Stockwerk darüber sehr deutlich. Zum anderen hatten wir uns vom Zimmer-Service etwas mehr erhofft. Wenn man während des Aufenthalts das ‚Yes Please‘-Schild raushängt, wird leider nur das Bett gerichtet, Waschbecken abgewischt, Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt und Müll aus geleert. Bei einem mehrtägigen Urlaub mit Outdoor-Unternehmungen lässt es sich aber kaum vermeiden, dass leichter Schmutz und Haare auf dem Boden landen. Hier wäre zumindest eine grobe Bodenreinigung (kurz saugen oder fegen) wirklich wünschenswert gewesen. Da man keine Möglichkeit hat, den Boden selbst sauber zu halten, drückt das den Wohlfühlfaktor auf Dauer leider etwas. Trotzdem vielen Dank an das tolle Team für die schöne Zeit!

Het was een heerlijk verblijf met veel luxe en vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het welness gedeelte is super., helaas zijn mobiele telefoons toegestaan wat op zich vreemd is in een saunacomplex. De rustruimte ligt pal naast het voetenbad wat zoveel herrie maakt dat van rust geen sprake is. Dit waren voor het gehele verblijf de minpunten. Aan het voetenbad zal weinig te doen zijn maar het verbieden van mobile telefoons is heel erg makkelijk en eigenlijk vanzelfsprekend.

Das Hotel hat all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Das Zimmer war toll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auch das Personal ist super, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einziger kleiner "Kritikpunkt": Es wäre schön, wenn es im Saunabereich Tee und Nüsse gäbe :) aber wie gesagt, der Rest war super.

KÜHTAI im Sommer - das VAYA bietet definitiv eine top Anlaufstelle als Unterkunft. Super zuvorkommender Empfang und Rezeption. Unterkunft, Zimmer und Wellnessbereich - 1 a Punkt Abzug lediglich für den Bereich Gastronomie und Orga. Zugewiesene Tische wurden während unseres Aufenthalts mehrfach gewechselt. Erklärung nicht nachvollziehbar. Personal wirkte hier etwas hektisch. Resümee - definitiv zu empfehlen. Wir würden hier wieder übernachten.

Unterkunft insgesamt super. Die Zimmer sind toll, der Spa Bereich sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage mit direktem Pistenzugang grandios. Wenn es etwas zu kritisieren gibt dann auch nur minimal die Sauberkeit im Buffet Bereich und Essensbereich. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und sehr bemüht. Parken nur in der Tiefgarage möglich, das ist aber sehr gut organisiert. Autos werden dreierweise hintereinander geparkt, daher ist die Abgabe des Austoschlüssels notwendig. Am Abreisetag wurde unser Fahrzeug auf den vorderen Parkplatz gestellt um eine reibungslose Abreise zu ermöglichen. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt und würden definitiv wieder kommen.

Das Hotel ist top gelegen (direkt an der Skipiste) und richtig schön modern , uns gefällt dieser Stil sehr . Das Personal wechselt jedes Jahr und muss somit erst mal eingelernt werden. Englisch ist mittlerweile die Hotelsprache .. Wir waren gleich zu Beginn der neuen Saison , es bleibt zu hoffen das man die kleinen Unzulänglichkeiten schnell in den Griff bekommt …

Sehr freundliches Personal, jedoch kann man sich abends keine einzelnen Speisen bestellen, sondern nur Buffet mit Auswahl des Hauptgangs - kein Zimmerservice. In der Umgebung gibt es auch keine guten Alternativen. Die Saunalandschaft ist dafür hervorragend.
