The Ocean front apartment is a fully renovated and equipped one bedroom apartment (refurbishment works were completed in April 2018). It is located in the prime area of Armação de Pêra on the 6th floor with elevator, with magnificent sea view.

It has a living room with a sofa bed in which 2 people can sleep. The living room allows direct access to the balcony where you can enjoy the pleasant view of the sea.

It also has a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with hydromassage cabin, fully equipped kitchen with; battery, washing machine, dishwasher, combined fridge, microwave, induction hob, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and hair dryer.
All of these facilities allow for a pleasant stay at any time of the year.

This apartment overlooks the beach and the seafront promenade, is “2 steps” from the beach and close to all services (supermarkets, ATM, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.). There is wifi and channels.

Full cleaning is included before check-in and includes towels (beach and bath towels), bed linen and kitchen towels.

In the middle of the week a change of all towels is made.


This apartment is ideal for those looking for a pleasant and relaxing holiday in the comfort of a fishing village.

A maximum of 2 adults and 2 children are accepted in this apartment.
