  • The apartment Vista Panoramica is in first line to the beach and only a few meters away from the beautiful beach promenade of Armação de Pêra. This apartment is situated on the 9th floor and has a gorgeous view of the sea. The apartment has been renovated completely in 2018 and is equipped in a charming way. The living room is connected with an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with modern features and has its own dining area.

    . From your bedroom that includes a double bed, you also have a magnificent sea view as well as a small balcony. The modern bathroom has a shower. This apartment disposes of satellite TV (Astra satellite), and fast fiber optic internet and air conditioner. There is currently a construction site nearby, and there may be construction noise during the day. Prices have therefore already been reduced by 20%.

    There are many shops and restaurants directly in front of your door. You only have to cross the street and you will reach the ample sandy beach after only 40 m as well as the unique little bays of Armação de Pêra.
