Welcome to the Rock Tree House! This studio apartment is the perfect get-away retreat for the outdoor enthusiast: 20 minutes to Silver Falls State Park, 2 miles from the quaint downtown Silverton and well within driving distance of all the Willamette Valley has to offer. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private outdoor deck surrounded by beautiful trees and abundant wildlife. Our home is a safe space for all people. We welcome guests of all races, faiths, genders, and sexual orientations. This is a fully furnished upstairs studio apartment with a private entrance and deck in a gorgeous wooded area.

Beautiful location. Nice to be able to spread out and relax a bit after staying in hotels for over two weeks. Great location for hiking the Trail of Ten Falls at Silver Falls State Park. We also really appreciated the park pass that was provided for guest use.

We came for Mother's Day and used the Rock house as an escape from the hoards of Extended family. the place is Beautiful and quiet, and the visitors (Wild Turkeys) are entertaining

Apartment Amongst the Trees

The apartment was small but felt spacious with vaulted ceilings and large windows. The deck provided more space, and we were able to enjoy it because the weather was beautiful. There were extra touches like snacks and toiletries in case any were forgotten. Very nice property. I would stay there again.

Lovely stay!

My husband and I stayed here 2 nights while exploring the beautiful silver falls state park area. The VRBO was exactly as pictured, modern, squeaky clean, and stocked with all the thoughtful amenities. Cindy was very easy to communicate with, and provided kind things such as a parks parking pass, hiking and birding info pamphlets, and Even chilled apple cider and hiking snacks for us as a kind gesture for our anniversary! The shower had excellent hot water pressure, and the bed was really comfortable. I would highly recommend without any hesitation!

Relaxing beautiful stay!

We loved our stay! The bed was so comfy!!! The whole place was well equipped with everything we needed and the hosts were wonderful. Would highly recommend! The only slightly negative was that all the windows did not have black out curtains so we woke with the sun each morning (we are early risers anyways but sharing in case that matters to you)

Beautiful place to stay

This is a wonderful property. We were very comfortable here. The room is beautifully decorated with a nice balcony overlooking the woods. We felt very private. The host has all of the finishing touches included, and my husband says it was the best coffee! Definitely recommended!

Perfect couple of nights by Silver Falls

Lovely place to stay close to great food and live music in downtown Silverton. Arrived in the evening after exploring the Oregon coast and appreciated the fluffy towels, blankets and comfy bed. Hosts provided snacks and a treat to celebrate our honeymoon. Very convenient for an early start hiking the 10 falls loop. Enjoyed sitting on the deck among the trees and wildlife. Great location, accommodations and hosts.

Wonderful

Beautiful, welcoming and very comfortable (especially the bed). Lovely setting and all the little personal touches were appreciated. Easy/great communication with the host as well. It's quiet and peaceful, and a perfect spot for me to focus on a work project during my stay. One of the best properties I'v ever visited in my travels.

Perfection

We loved staying in this home. The extra touches were so thoughtful. Every detail was thought out and appreciated from the fresh flowers to the snacks and water. The location is peaceful and the deck is amazing. It was such a wonderful place to stay after a long few days of hiking and camping. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. We would love to stay here again.

Silverton Christmas

My partner and i stayed here for one night after we went to the Silverton Christmas Market. It was an absolutely wonderful time. We really enjoyed the openess of the space as well as the huge windows they had. It was also very private and didn't feel like we were in someone elses home, we will definitely be back in the future! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Silverton

Lovely!

This was our first time using a VRBO. It was such an easy process. The apartment was beautiful, clean and cozy! Very comfortable bed. Loved the added touch of fresh flowers in the bathroom!

Very clean. Spacious. Peaceful forested/garden surroundings. Easy parking and check in. Many exterior stairs to enter, had a railing and traction strips. Tub shower. Ample clean linens and dishes.

Perfect. Gracious and convenient touches.

This is a lovely apartment with new floors, perfect interior, and so many thoughtful touches. The hosts provided Peets coffee pods and a variety of snacks. The bed and linens were very cozy. There is even a little medical kit available. I used some bandaids for my mother. The view is of lichen covered trees and is a joy to gaze upon. There is a private deck to enjoy when it isn't raining. 5 stars!

Wonderful and comfortable stay!

My husband and I came to visit family for a pre-anniversary trip. Staying at the Quarry was so nice! Easy instructions to follow to check in and out. If anything is forgotten Cindy provided it. It’s the little touches that truly make this an amazing place to stay. I asked if they had a fan I could use, as I like the noise when I sleep, Cindy provided one easily! Beautiful area, beautiful views, super comfortable bed and really the perfect space to unwind after a day of hiking and being outdoors. I would love to come stay again sometime. I would recommend anyone to come stay! 10 stars if I could give it :-)

Our home away from home!

This is our second time staying at The Rock Treehouse. Last visit we went in the spring and this one we chose the summer. We stayed the end of July. It was as wonderful as we remembered it! Super clean, comfy bed and everything we needed. Centrally located for our long trips during the day. We also visited a few local sights right in Silverton this time around. Silver Falls, The Oregon Gardens and dinner downtown were great if you don’t feel like taking road trips to Bend and other areas. The hosts are welcoming and accommodating. We absolutely love this place and will be back again. Thank you for another amazing week in Oregon!

Feels like a secluded tree house

Very private location detached from the main house and sits above a garage like a tree house with big windows into the upper level of trees. Very new build and feels new, only ~2 years old but feels like it was just finished yesterday. Very clean and everything worked perfectly. Hosts were clear, prompt, and welcoming--especially with all the accommodations usually a trademark of a high end hotel. We went to the botanical gardens one day, and did the trail of 10 falls the next. Only planned one night but MAN, we both wish we would have booked it for two or three. Thanks guys, your home is beautiful and we are super grateful you share it, as we couldn't find anywhere we wanted to stay to visit the beautiful area's attractions.

Lovely get away

Beautiful studio apartment on a quiet wooded property. Booking was easy, all instructions clearly given. This is a newer build. Everything is modern, clean, and well thought out. The furniture was very comfortable. The bedding felt soft and the pillows were perfect! The kitchen well stocked with necessary items and the bathroom tub is large enough to enjoy a bath. Was close to local sites and shops. The views from the large windows are very pretty and relaxing and come with blackout curtains that allowed us to sleep in nicely. Would love to come again in dry weather to enjoy the beautiful view from the deck. This place is perfect for anyone except those who really struggle with stairs, as there are quite a few getting up to the unit.

Perfect for a Birthday Weekend

Our stay at The Rock Tree House was amazing. We met Cindy and her husband Phil upon our arrival. They were outside enjoying the day. Cindy has done everything to make your stay private and comfortable. There is a welcome basket in the kitchen and extra necessities in the bathroom in case you forgot something. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to make your own meals, if you choose to. There is a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster and Kurig. The bed is extremely comfortable and our friend found couch quite comfy too. There is Roku on the TV. The porch is great. We star gazed, enjoyed the wildlife (birds, squirrels and turkeys) and relaxed with our warm beverages. Though close to town, the property seems quite remote. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the near future.

Restful getaway

We are so glad we found this amazing studio apartment treehouse! It is such a lovely space, so welcoming, cozy & comfortable. Clean & neat, excellent natural light & wildlife views, loved a soak in the tub & the luxuriosly comfy bed! A delightful place for 2 weary parents to rest, relax & hang out together for our anniversary. Special thanks to our fabulous, generous host for thinking of every sweet little thing we might need to enjoy our stay: from the snack basket of munchies & breakfast items (how did you know all our favorites?!) to little forgot-my-toiletry under the sink; even sparkling cider & champagne flutes for us to celebrate our anniversary! This trip has been such a treat! In town, we enjoyed meeting several locals and browsing the shops, then had an amazing dinner at Guerra's on Main Street. The Italian food was incredible, the embiance delightful & their passion for empowering young adults in their community inspiring! This trip has been so refreshing! We look forward to coming back!
