"Check in was super easy. House was clean and inviting when we got there. It had everything we needed to make our stay incredible. The swim spa was a hit with my kids ranging from ages 3-10. The kitchen was well stocked. The backyard was beautiful and a great feature especially with our kids. They had a couple chairs and wagon available for our beach day. The neighbors were friendly, and the home was located in a great place, close to everything you could possibly need. We have stayed in many rental homes over the years and this has been by far one of the greatest homes we have stayed in. Well worth the price. The host was friendly and quick to respond. We even extended our stay because the house was amazing. "

"We enjoyed our stay here. Paid extra to have the pool heated which I would recommend. We had never been to the Spring Hill area but there are so many cool things to check out within an hour radius. Pine Island, weeki wachee, Homosassa Springs, the Freezer in Hernando Springs, the Sponge Docks. Wish we would have been able to spend more time in the area. The house was tucked in a residential area with many amenities close by. Host was great with communication. "
