Please note this is residential area and we leavehere, so we ask guests to respect us and neighbors. This is place for only those who are listed in booking, no events or gathering or night movements are allowed in order not to disturb neighbors. Multiple grocery stores and restaurants within a 4-5 minute walk. Less than 2 miles to downtown Silver Spring. Easy access to the red line and buses for getting to DC. 15-minute drive to NIH, UMD, Bethesda, and downtown DC.
