We are delighted to host you. Your guest suite is located on the first level and is designed for your comfort and convenience.

Your Space:

· Layout: A private, two-level home where your suite occupies the entire first floor. Owner lives onsite upper level.

· Bedrooms: Three comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a queen-size bed.

· Living Area: A cozy living room with an open dining area and a full kitchen.

· Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms for your party's convenience.

· Access: Your suite features three exit doors for easy coming and going. The main entry is on the left side (toward the parking lot), with another door leading to your private sitting area in the backyard.

Amenities & Details:

· Backyard: The backyard is a shared space, but you have a dedicated sitting area for your private use.

· Neighborhood: Our neighborhood is quiet and safe, perfect for an evening stroll. A beautiful park is just a short walk away.

For the health and comfort of all our guests, this is a completely non-smoking property (including vaping, both indoors and outdoors). We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining our fresh, clean environment.
