Welcome to our newly renovated bright and sunny cape cod outside of DC. Whether you are touring DC with family, or traveling for business and need fast WIFI, this is the perfect home away from home. We are conveniently located a short distance to parks, dining, I-495, Redline Metro (Wheaton), NIH, and much more. A perfect home to relax in, just north of the heart of Washington DC.

A stylish two-story residential home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. Below the upper house, there is a fully finished basement apartment with separate exterior entrance, that can be rented separately or joined with the top floor for whole house rental (please inquire about separate listing). The property has a deck, large fenced backyard, and off-street parking (yard and parking shared with basement guests).
