"The house was perfect for our family of 14. Loads of space and bedrooms and restrooms that were more than adequate. Communication with Hailey, was excellent. She provided us with timely information and responded quickly to all our questions. Family members more than once commented on the various thoughtful amenities that made our stay that much more enjoyable. We highly recommend this beautiful home for any large size family gathering."

"This property was very clean. I loved that the flowers were so beautifully flourishing. The porches and firepit were so nice that you felt invited to sit and stay awhile. We enjoyed the gas grill as well as the washer and dryer, nice shower with hot water, comfortable clean beds and a great a/c. It has a view of the dunes and the beach. This place is located right on the main street so everything was close and yet it is spacious enough to feel out of the way. We really enjoyed our stay and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here on future visits."

"Our large family had a wonderful stay at Grammie's Place! We appreciated the great location and plenty of room for parking (as we had extra vehicles and trailers). The house has the charming old feel like you are staying at a grandmother's house, with all of the classic kitchen amenities and extra blankets that grandma would have, plus some new ones (like a Keurig and wifi). The open floor plan made it the perfect place for our family (with grandparents, parents, and older teens) to relax and enjoy meals and downtime together when we weren't enjoying the lake, dunes, or other local attractions - and we also enjoyed walking to the nearby included beachfront (especially around sunset time). We had a great visit!"

"The house was clean, stocked with all basic essentials, and fairly modern. We enjoyed the backyard with fire pit and grill. The location was perfect! The owner was great in communicating with us and entry was easy and accessible. There was a musty smell upon entry and the owner sent a plumber over to check it out. That was appreciated. The dryer made a horrendous squealing noise and the owner said he was going to replace the belt. The view of the lake was minimal, we didn’t mind that though, as the lake access was just down the street. The beds/bedding were not very fresh and mattresses were stained. We never found the fire stick for the upstairs television so no TV watching up there. I think with just a few upgrades this would be an amazing place to stay and we would stay there again if these things were addressed. These were things we noticed and it sounds like the owner really cares and wants to make everything comfortable for guests. Stores, restaurants, and dunes only minutes away. We loved the Whippi-Dip!"
