Guests will enjoy two queen beds and a cozy living room with a full-size sofa bed. The two bathrooms include a soothing bathtub, adding a touch of comfort to your stay. For your comfort each bedroom and living area have mini splits (refrigerated air/heat) to keep you comfortable year-round. Large kitchen with island seating, appliances, dishes, seasonings, and coffee bar. Large front and back porches to enjoy your coffee, drinks, watch the sunrise or sunset, and the wildlife that frequent the area. Whether you’re unwinding outdoors, in the living room or getting ready for the day, you’ll find everything you need right here. Fully fenced yard offers circular parking or straight-in parking. Booking this home was very simple. The host had great communication. I had a conference at the high school so the location was perfect because it’s just around the corner. It was also very close to amenities such as the stores and restaurants. The house was very clean. The host was also so sweet to leave some extra snacks for our trip. There was also some book options if you would like to read, and there was also some game options to play while gathering. The beds were very comfortable and clean as well. If you are coming to Silver city and need a place to stay, this is an excellent option and the price is perfect.
