10/10 Excellent

"I booked this quick 3 day 2 nights trip as a quick getaway for my husband and I with our very good friends. We were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the hotel was and the view was exceptional! Location, location, location! Park your car and walk to everything on the strip. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean, however, can use an update. I would certainly recommend to all my family and friends. We HOPE to visit again next summer."

"The hotel in general was great. The room was clean. You can tell it’s an older building because of some areas that were kind of slapped a bandaid on to look updated but for the most part everything looked nice. The pool and lake area were clean. My only complaint would be the staff at the front desk. There were younger girls manning the desk who were rude, and when we were asking questions they seemed to be annoyed, like we were bothering them and their personal conversation we just walked in to. My sister, who was also staying at the hotel, said the same thing when she was checking in."

"We went to dinner on Friday and lunch on Saturday and they were out of a lot of things on the menu. Ex: chicken wings, clams. Parking is a problem, not sure if they have enough spots for each room. The staff at the desk and restaurant were not the friendliest and service was slow at the restaurant. Pool section and beach was very nice."
