    The interior of the flat has been carefully selected to combine comfort and functionality. You enter the flat through a hallway renovated in 2022, which leads into an inviting living room with direct access to the terrace and garden. The open-plan kitchen, which adjoins the living room, is equipped with a ceramic hob, coffee machine, dishwasher and kettle and has a powerful extractor bonnet. Two bedrooms are available for restful nights, including a double room with two single beds, which can also be pushed together and another room with two single beds. A modern shower room completes the comfortable interior.

    Outside, you will find a lovingly tended garden for your exclusive use, which invites you to relax in the great outdoors.
