Die Ferienwohnung bietet Schlafmöglichkeiten für 7 Personen, wobei die Grösse und Ausstattung der Küche eher knapp ist. Die Sofas sind in die Jahre gekommen und nicht sonderlich bequem. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral und dennoch äusserst ruhig.

Kooperative Receptionistin
Nach anfänglichem Sauberkeitsdefizit und fehlendem Kücheninventar wurde uns durch eine sehr kompetente und kooperative Receptionistin geholfen. Sehr positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass wir unsere beiden grossen Hunde mitbringen durften und für zwei Autos und zwei Motorräder genügend Abstellmöglichkeiten dazu mieten konnten.

gut für Familien geeignet
die Unterkunft erfüllte unsere Bedürfnisse an Platz und Ausstattung für eine 6 köpfige Familie. Lage ist gut, Abendsonne, ruhig gelegen. Einzig das ganze Haus ist sehr verwinkelt. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. W-Lan war leider unbefriedigend.

famiglia in vacanza
Da nove anni torno in questa struttura per trascorrere l'ultima vacanza dell'anno con la mia famiglia. Ci siamo sempre trovati a nostro agio soprattutto per lo sviluppo su due piani dell'appartamento che ci permette di essere tanti pur mantenendo ognuno la propria privacy. L'appartamento è stato parzialmente rinnovato un paio di anni fa ora consiglierei di rinnovare anche i divani. Quest'anno il wi-fi non raggiungeva l'appartamento , grave disagio per mio figlio a cui serviva per lavoro.

Familienfreundlich
Wir waren bereits mehrfach in dieser Wohnung. Inzwischen sind die beiden Bäder erneuert und die Küche. Schön wäre, wenn bald auch die nicht mehr so schönen Wohnzimmermöbel erneuert würden. Alles andere ist in Ordnung, auch der große Esstisch. Das Haus selbst ist in einem guten Zustand. Mit der Pizzeria im Haus kann man auch gut essen gehen. Nicht befriedigend ist das WLAN-Netz. Das Skigebiet ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar, die weiteren Gebiete im Oberengadin mit dem gut funktionierenden Busnetz.

Zu kleine Küche
Für 6 Personen ist die Küche definitiv zu klein, vor allem wenn wegen des Lockdowns alle Restaurants geschlossen sind. Nur Filterkaffee-Maschine vorhanden. Racletteofen rechtzeitig reservieren, da es nur ein Gerät für die ganze Überbauung gibt, Möblierung stark in die Jahre gekommen. Lage zum Skifahren ideal.

Zweckmässiges Appartment, gute Lage
+ gute Lage, in gehdistanz zum Skilift + saubere Unterkunft + Renovierte Badezimmer + sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption + grosser Skiraum - Ausstattung hat Verbesserungspotential (Kaffeemaschine, Anz. Gläser, etc.) - Küche ist klein und für max. 1 Person - Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen - Lift sollte mal renoviert werden

Prima Unterkunft
Die Wohnung liegt zum Skifahren recht zentral und reicht gut für bis zu sieben Personen. Küche, Badezimmer und Böden waren neu renoviert, allerdings mangelte es an der Ausstattung mit Tellern, Besteck, Büchsenöffner etc. Der Platz in Schränken war ausreichend, die Schlafzimmer zwar klein, aber gut ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer wären hingegen auch neuere Möbel bei Gelegenheit schön. Wir haben die Wohnung schon mehrfach genutzt und sind immer sehr zufrieden, auch mit der Gastlichkeit der Rezeption
