"It's been nearly six months since my wife and I stayed at the Schloss Hotel & Spa Pontresina and I still find myself thinking about this wonderful hotel and spa! The staff was so welcoming and friendly. Truly professional. I loved the old world charm of the hotel and dining areas. All of our meals were excellent and the service was outstanding! The concierge and front desk staff were so accomadating, friendly and professional. The concierge gave us excellent information on the hotel's amenities and the town of Pontresina. The maitre d' and dining room staff were also outstaanding! And of course. the snow coverd winter view from the hotel was incredibly beautiful! "

"From the moment I got off the train with my shuttle pickup to my drop off back at the station, I was treated like family. I loved the welcome check-in with Prosecco, the sky bar with fantastic views and fabulous food, and the comfortable room. The hotel is next to the bus station for exploring around St. Moritz and a close walk down to the lake. I took advantage of the wonderful spa and relaxing massage, and my soaking tub each night. I’m glad I stayed 2 nights here for the peace. Thanks to the staff for looking after me so well!"
