Schöne grosse Wohnung mit herzigem Gartensitzplatz (mit grossem schönem Tisch um draussen zu Essen!) an guter Lage in Sils Maria. Grosse Zimmer. Zwei gut ausgestattete Badezimmer. Ruhig. Wohnung teils etwas dunkel. Negativ ist, dass die Lampen, vor allem im Wohn- / Essbereich, eher knapp Licht geben um entspannt zu lesen (man muss ja etwas zu meckern haben). Aber sonst hat uns die Wohnung gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gross und mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht. Die Bäder und grösstenteils..

Die Wohnung ist sehr gross und mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht. Die Bäder und grösstenteils auch die Schlafzimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht. Die Terrasse ist schön gross und auch der neue Tisch mit den Stühlen sind praktisch, und auch die beiden Liegen laden zum Verweilen ein. Auf der Terrasse gibt es vom Morgen bis späten Nachmittag Sonne. Es gibt in den Schlafzimmern und in der Küche genügend Stauraum für das eigene Material. Sehr praktisch sind auch die neue Waschmaschine und der Tumbler, welche sich in der Küche befinden. Im Essbereich und in der Stube gibt es allerdings für unseren Geschmack zu viele sehr dunkle Möbel, Zinnteller und -becher sowie schwere Vorhänge und dunkle Holzböden, was die Wohnung ziemlich düster macht. Die alten Möbel verursachen einen Geruch, welcher an ein altes Haus erinnert (man gewöhnt sich nach ein paar Tagen dran). Vor der Terrasse befindet sich ein Fussweg, welcher trotz Fahrverbot rege von den Autofahrern im Quartier benutzt wird. Zudem wird der Platz neben der Terrasse regelmässig als Parkplatz benutzt (trotz "Parkieren verboten" Hinweis).
