The 2-storey property with air conditioner consists of a living room, an equipped open kitchen, 5 bedrooms, plus 1 sofa bed for 2 people in an exclusive area, 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 12 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, TV with many international channels, fans in all rooms, washing machine, 2 refrigerators and freezer.



Furthermore, the leisure activities available in the house are also very suitable for everyone, with a table tennis table, a darts game and a space behind the property large enough to enjoy the pleasures of pétanque or other games. This property offers a private outdoor area with swimming pool, garden, covered terrace, large family table and barbecue. (outdoor kitchen)

Girona-Costa Brava airport is 15 minutes away, Sils train station is 5 minutes away, giving access to Barcelona in 1 hour.
