"We arrived early and the property was being cleaned as the previous guests had only just left. We were greeted with a very warm welcome by Marc, who allowed us to leave our suitcases and use a bedroom to change into beachwear. We left for the nearby beach and Marc said he would text me to let me know when the property was ready. "Lovely hotel, extremely spacious rooms. Hotel is spotless but above all the staff are absolutely amazing, so helpful and friendly from the reception to the restaurant, the entertainment staff and the barstaff. The food at the hotel is top quality with a wide selection. Would definitely recommend!"

"Overall a nice stay, reception staff was very friendly on arrival and made sure we understand all the facilities from the hotel. Breakfast was okay, swimming pool was quite basic so we didn't spend any time there but headed to the beach instead, which was convenient as the hotel is right next to it. However the check out did let down our overall experience as there was only one staff at the reception at the check out peak hours (11am), she had to manage guests inquiries, guests wanting exchange...

"Great modern rooms, good beds. Enough sunbeds around the pool, friendly staff. Food was average but okay. Not very warm, but enough choice. Also nice staff in restaurant, especially the cooks were very friendly! "

"The staff are very rude and do not understand English. There are always misunderstanding between guests and staff. The girl handling the bar next to pool tables was very rude. The room didint have a fridge or hair dryer in bathroom. The internet is not free and its ridiculously expensive to buy hotels wifi and its only for one device when you buy it. Overall very unhappy with our stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. But the location is great. "

"The staff are the best, especially if you make an effort and try to speak Spanish. The apartment was simple and clean, just right for us (my sister and I de-stressing over half term). The food was served buffet style so something to please everyone. The location was 2 minutes walk from the sea, and 5 mins walk from the lovely little S'Illot bay, with lovely cafes like Beach Bar."
