"Superb location. Not far from main underground parking. Lake is so close. I love the moderness of the apartment. This is perfect for one or two people. Very cozy very clean very comfortable. I come to this town two to three times a year and I'll check here about renting again."

"Nice place, fairly centrally located. Check-in process wasn’t smooth and it was hard to find. Once we got in it was fine except the only coffee maker was some sort of Nespresso type of machine that required pods and there were no pods. We tried to buy some but they didn’t seem to work in the machine. "

"The apartment was in a great location in the center of everything Annecy. As we anticipated, parking was quite difficult until we could better understand the location and pricing on nearby parking lots. This also made the remote check-in and unloading our luggage upon arrival quite difficult. The apartment, while small, is well appointed and was a great home base for us. Pack earplugs, as you're in the middle of it all! Thanks for a great stay!"

"This is a small small room. It is in an old building and all a bit of a mess. Pictures do not give you true perspective of the room. Bed is against the wall so you have to climb over each other to get in bed. We love Annecy but this room was a big disappointment. A lot of money for what it is, untidy, not particularly clean . If you are over 21 do not stay here."

"Absolutely loved staying here. The apartment was spotless, quiet and had all the amenities needed. The location was perfect, close to everything in the town center. The host was responsive and welcoming, making the check-in process seamless. It felt like a home away from home. Would definitely stay again."

"Location is awesome. It would have been nice if the details explained where parking is located. Parking was not too far away and a breeze. Pricing was not too expensive. The apt. has its challenges. Entry into the building is a bit lacking of desirability. Once you get to the unit it’s spacious and works. Beds are good, heating units take a few to quick in, but downstairs never fully heats up. Our only complaints are no WiFi and the cleanliness. It lacks that extra touch. We’d stay...
