Poor rating from a guest who partied, smoked in the room, disturbed the peace, and were evicted for failing to follow policy. This is an example of what we do not tolerate and make it known for all guests staying. There is only one area of the hotel that have rooms specifically for guests who have mobility issues and the City of Newark does issue tickets to all vehicles parked in handicapped spots without the proper identification. We suspect the van was parked in a spot that may have been more convenient for you, but not in a handicapped spot, hence why we were not ticketed. Your feedback and comfort is vital to our success and will share your experience with our Front Office Team to ensure all requests are properly communicated.
