The walls are extremely thin. Both nights the people next door were extremely loud. We were traveling with children and one of tbe nights the couple waa having sex so loud and could literally hear everything. We asked the front desk to switch rooms and and I never received a phone call to do so. The second night, the couple was watching tv and having vwry loud conversations with another adult feom 2am til about 4am. We did not sleep very well throughout our stay and probably wouldn't stay again.

No fan in the bathroom, towels very small, miserable amount of lotion. 1st floor room window looks directly to the parking where people transit all day. No privacy.

Super cute and convenient for shopping at Westfield Mall The rooms are nice and clean and the lobby is great! This is our second family overnight trip here

The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. However if you’re looking for a good night sleep this is definitely not the hotel to choose. There is quite a bit of road noise. Also the people in the room next to us were blasting the TV and music in the middle of the night. We complained to the front desk and they didn’t seem to the addresses it. It eventually stopped around 2am which made our 6am wake-up very painful. We come down for sport events often and will definitely choose a different hotel next time.

The stay was wonderful great service and great rooms. Although I suggest parking as close as you can to the hotel and take all your belongings with you because my vehicle was Broken into!

Sorry for the inconvenience, the parking is not private parking and we share it with other businesses. However, we always recommend to all of our guests not to leave anything valuable in the car.

The hotel is nice and the staff was excellent. The hotel is in an older part of town that is experiencing some economic downturn and therefore unkept

The hotel was very clean, nice staff as well. Pillows were WAY to thin and very uncomfortable, windows thin traffic very loud. Unable to sleep withought being woken up multiple times.

Wonderful Weekend Away
This property was excellent! Everything was clean, comfortable and the staff was incredibly friendly. Pool with cabanas was a nice touch. We had a reunion at a hotel in Santana Row and were able to get there easily with Uber. Double Queen room fit 4 adults comfortably. Would definitely stay here again.

Good value but nothing fancy
This hotel was clean and beds and pillows were very comfortable. Hotel was quiet so you could get a good night sleep. Hallways were odd, dark with retro lighting. Would have been better if it included a continental breakfast. Enjoyed the infused cucumber water.

Property was nice and convenient to locations. Airplay for tv rooms was an option but was never able to figure it out, asked reception which sent me to talk to some tech expert but they couldn’t figure it out either and went back and forth for a bit and I gave up about it. We were offered a room for an earlier check in (staff said it was done cleaning and was on main floor instead of second floor), however the soap, shampoo and conditioners were not refilled.
